DristiDigital Terms of Service

Scope of Services

Services are limited to those described in an executed proposal, Statement of Work, subscription plan, or other written agreement.

Change Requests

Requests outside the agreed scope constitute additional work and may require a revised quote and additional fees.

Client Review

Clients must review completed work within five (5) business days and report deficiencies in writing. After that period, work is deemed accepted. Additional changes may be billed unless otherwise agreed.

Payments

Fees are due as agreed. Subscription services continue until cancelled through the designated client portal or written notice. Failure to use a service does not cancel billing.

Non-payment

Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of services. Reinstatement fees may apply.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.

No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee increased revenue, leads, search rankings, followers, engagement, or business success.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DristiDigital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months, except where prohibited by law.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers including hosting providers, payment processors, social media platforms, registrars, or cloud providers.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
